JOB SUMMARY DETAILS

• Develop and execute a facilities management protocol for the site which includes (but not limited to) health and safety procedures,  fire safety procedures, security and maintenance

• Responsible for the management of all existing and pipeline business projects within the organisation

• Develop and execute a forum for developing new business ideas, collaboration & networking; promoting startups within the financial, technology and health sectors in the local city as a core focus. 

• Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns for all existing and pipeline business projects within the organisation

• Develop and execute an effective financial and accounting system for all existing and pipeline projects within the organisation

• Develop and execute an effective analysis, reporting and forecasting system for all existing and pipeline projects within the organisation

• Responsible for the management of funds that need to be appropriated to site-wide business needs across existing business projects

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance 

• A professional qualification in financial, accounting, business or related field will be an added advantage

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business and/or financial management

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management

• Proven track record of excellent stewardship, moral standing and conduct within work and the community

• Proficient in relevant analysis and reporting tools

• Proficient in the development of business plans

• Proficient in accounting, financial and project management principles

• Excellent people and business builder with a detail-oriented worth ethic

• Excellent communication and management skills
