JOB SUMMARY DETAILS

  • Develop and execute an effective multi-purpose: food, clothes, health/hygiene, education supplies bank that caters for individuals and groups of people in need within the local community and it's environs

  • Develop and execute basic sign-posting and advocacy programs that supports vulnerable groups such as human traffic victims, abandoned children, teenage mothers, homeless, orphans, widows, and others.

  • Develop and execute access-to-education programs to help identified children not in schools gain required support for schooling and wrap-around care to sustain presenteeism in schools

  • Develop an effective managerial relationship with existing children in need, parents and schools under the current local outreach program.

  • Develop an effective operational relationship with orphans and widows in Mulanthankari, Kenya under the Ministry Outreach (Love-In-Action) program through the resident Cloverleaf Home Manager in Kenya

  • Develop an effective collaboration network with relevant community leaders, ministries and organisations demonstrable in monthly programs for the benefit of identified causes within the local outreach program.

  • Develop and execute an efficient communication process with senior leadership on all existing local and international outreach programs  

  • Develop and execute a pipe-line of outreach programs and ministry akin to the existing programs in other Africa nations

  • Develop and execute an effective sponsorship program for all outreach programs including associated communication plans for existing and prospective sponsors.

  • Develop and execute effective awareness and marketing campaigns for all outreach programs.

 

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree  

  • A certification in social care services or similar will be an added advantage

  • Minimum of 3 years’ service experience in a scripturally grounded church.

  • Proven track record of excellent stewardship, moral standing and conduct within church, family, work and the community

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in ministerial/church management.

  • Excellent understanding of the principles of evangelism and discipleship

  • Excellent people and community builder

  • Excellent communication, organisational and management skills

  • Prayerful, Holy-Ghost filled & guided

  • Cool-tempered, friendly and reliable

  • Balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen

  • Business, project management and Leadership Qualities
