  • Develop a contagious culture of evangelism that is demonstrable in the weekly activities of the local church and championed by members of the church

  • Develop a contagious culture of discipleship that grows individuals from church-goers to world-changers; demonstrable in locally developed/adapted discipleship schools and programs

  • Develop a contagious culture of prayer that is demonstrable in the weekly activities of the local church and championed by members of the church

  • Develop an effective and self-running outreach program ministry that extends to orphans, widows and the neglected in the community.

  • Develop an effective collaboration network with relevant community leaders to ensure that the church is a light in the community by demonstrable proofs.

  • Develop a collaborative network with like-minded churches and leadership to effect city and nation-wide initiatives for the furtherance of the purpose of the body of Christ.

  • Develop financial & career empowerment programs within the local church and community to ensure that individuals and groups are devoid of financial lack in all things.

  • Be a representative of an avid student of The Word; developing a berean culture within the local church demonstrable in its weekly activities.

  • Champion health initiatives across the local church and community; healthy living for all

  • Develop a team of effective administrators & leaders to ensure that fit-for-purpose processes, projections & plans are in place for the effective running of the local church

  • Develop a close and effective working relationship with the senior leadership team for alignment and furtherance of the vision within the local context


  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree  

  • A certification of Bible School training or equivalent will be an added advantage

  • Minimum of 5 years’ service experience in a scripturally grounded church.

  • Proven track record of excellent stewardship, moral standing and conduct within church, family, work and the community

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in ministerial/church management.

  • Excellent understanding of the principles of evangelism and discipleship

  • Excellent people and community builder

  • Excellent communication and management skills

  • Prayerful and avid student of the Word

  • Holy-Ghost filled & guided

  • Cool-tempered, friendly and reliable

  • Balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen

  • Business and Leadership Qualities
